How booking works

To make a reservation, after confirmation by phone or e-mail, please pay a deposit of 30% of the value of the booked stay. The deposit must be paid within 3 days of the booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit is not paid within this period. The deposit is non-refundable. Shortening the stay or reducing the number of guests is possible no later than 30 days before arrival. In that case, only the deposit already paid is retained.

After this date (less than 30 days before arrival), the person making the reservation is charged the full amount of the booking. During Easter, Christmas and New Year it is not possible to shorten the stay or reduce the number of guests once the deposit has been paid, and the full payment for the reservation is due on the day of arrival. As our cottage is a small, intimate place, we kindly ask that the decision to book and pay the deposit be well considered.

Payment for the stay is due in cash on the day of arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
