The whole house in Zakopane for your exclusive use
We offer exclusive rental of the whole house (all guest rooms). The house is suitable for groups of up to 30 people.
On the ground floor:

In the basement:
– TV room with a kitchenette
– table tennis room
– indoor pool with water attractions, open 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
– sauna, open 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

– parking for 10 cars
– playground with 2 swings, a slide and a climbing wall
– gazebo
– large barbecue

The above prices do not include meals. Outside the Christmas and New Year period, breakfast can be ordered from an external caterer for an additional fee. Cleaning during the stay is available by arrangement for an additional fee.
When renting the whole house (all guest rooms) for exclusive use, the reservation cannot be cancelled and the stay cannot be shortened within 30 days before the booked date.
A security deposit of PLN 1,000 is collected in cash for the duration of the stay. Deductions may be made from the deposit for breaking the house rules, for example:
- smoking inside the building – PLN 500
- not sorting waste – PLN 500
- not cleaning the kitchen on the day of departure – PLN 300
- damage
Quiet hours outside the building are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
The use of portable speakers is strictly prohibited outdoors and in the billiard room. The house has a Pioneer sound system available to guests, with power suited to the rooms intended for parties.
As some guests have not respected the house rules, we kindly inform you that we do not accept groups for bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Please note that we do not accept pets.
